Breakfast at the Farmhouse

As well as a comfy night’s sleep, we want to make sure you have an enjoyable and tasty breakfast, setting you up for the day ahead.

We are very proud of the Full Farmhouse English Breakfast we offer, but if that’s not how you like to start your day, we try and provide all the alternatives!

Delicious ‘Ye Olde English’ Pork sausage and bacon, supplied by Matos, the local butcher, free range eggs supplied by the happy hens of Fenton Farm, fresh vine tomatoes, proper breakfast mushrooms, with hash browns and Heinz baked beans to complete the meal.

If you have a smaller appetite, we can reduce the size of the full English, or you can have any combination from it, with a fried, poached or scrambled egg.

‘From Dorset with Love’, supply our jam and marmalade – an award-winning artisan of preserves handmade in the heart of the Dorset countryside and the honey is supplied by Brook MacCallum, a friend who keeps bee hives in the Blandford area.

Fresh coffee, orange juice, a choice of cereal, fresh bread and toast, yogurts and fresh, seasonal fruit are always available.  Porridge can be made on request.

We are very happy to cater for special diets, just tell us in advance so we can have the appropriate food in.  Also, please let us know if you have any allergen queries. We normally serve breakfast between 7.00am and 9.30am.
